My yoga style

SLOW FLOW VINYASA Vinyasa Flow artfully connects postures with breath to create a graceful, flowing and rhythmic practice. Classes tend to be slow in pace, yet very deep - energizing and calming at the same time.

YIN YOGA Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice of surrender that stretches the connective tissue (fascia) in the body by passively holding postures for longer times with gentle pressure. Classes often start quite gentle with breath guided movements, followed by hip, shoulder and heart opening postures that work intensely on an emotional and energetic level.

HOW I FOUND MY STYLE I started with Bikram Yoga and loved being 100% focused and
concentrated on myself. I did yoga in different ashrams in India and loved the spiritual part, learning about the tradtition of yoga, its philosophy. I did Tantra and Kundalini yoga and loved to get in touch with energy, my chakras and the huge potential that lies within us. I did Jivamukti Yoga, a perfect blend of mantra chanting, pranayama, challenging dynamic vinyasa and yoga philosophy.
I did silent meditation retreats and started to experience the power of meditation. I went to innumerable kirtans and practiced Bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion, which always helps me to be the happiest version of myself.

Yoga is the perfect opportunity
to be curious about who you are.
