My mission

My mission is to provide my students with a deep, inspiring and transformational experience of
the magic of yoga. I aim to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of flexibility, age or athletic capability. Using the yogic principles of awareness, compassion, non-judgment and body knowledge, my students will develop a sustainable, creative and ever-evolving personal yoga practice.

The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.

My philosophy

This life – of yoga, nature, traveling, healing arts, community and love – has transformed me and completed me and made me realize who I really am.

Yoga showed me the way and opened the doors to discover my personal path. For me and for many more it started with physical asanas, which is a good place to start. Then slowly yoga helped me to break down the barriers I've built within myself, it helped me to let go of what I was not and it showed me the way to who I really am. Yoga awakens possibilities!

Every time I step on the mat to practice I cultivate just a little more presence and I end up in a peaceful, quiet place where I see myself more clearly. What often begins with a physical practice matures into sincere self-exploration, awareness and connection that can transform you and your life, too.

Yoga an ancient but perfect science, deals with the evolution of humanity. This evolution includes all aspects of one's being, from bodily health to self realization. Yoga means union – the union of body with consciousness and consciousness with the soul. Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day to day life and endows skill in the performance of one's actions.
