PERSONALIZED ROUTINE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS 

Do you want to improve your posture, increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles? Maybe you want to alleviate anxiety, soothe insomnia, aid digestion, improve concentration? Do you want to release emotions, balance your energy centers? Or just become a happier and healthier person? Your personalized home yoga practice can help you to reach your specific goals.

LEARN THE TOOLS TO HEAL YOURSELF
After a consultation regarding your physical, mental, emotional and energetic state and a postural assessment (60 min on day 1), I will develop a personalized routine of yoga postures including pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation techniques, and other holistic healing tools according to your special needs.
Then we will meet again for approx. 90 minutes in order to practice the routine, you'll receive hands on adjustments, I will give you recommendations and tips on how to establish a home practice and you'll receive a print out with all the information needed to continue your practice at home.

WHAT IS POSTURAL ALIGNMENT? Postural alignment therapy, the technique that I learned and use during the therapeutic one on one sessions, focuses on pain relief through postural re-alignment. After measuring your misalignments, I will develop a routine of simple yoga postures (asanas) to determine the specific stretching and strengthening positions required to bring your body back into alignment using the body's intelligence and its capacity to build muscle memory to realign itself in a very safe way after repeating a certain routine for a set period of time.
