Slow Flow/Vinyasa Yoga

 

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement", it artfully connects postures with breath to create a graceful, flowing and rhythmic practice. Like all styles of yoga, it has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breath relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockages of energy flow throughout your body.

 

Yin Yoga

 

Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice of surrender that stretches the connective tissue (fascia) in the body by passively holding postures for longer times with gentle pressure. Classes often start quite gentle with breath guided movements, followed by hip, shoulder and heart opening postures that work intensely on an emotional and energetic level.

 

INNERDANCE

Experience a music based self-awareness process whilst lying on a yoga mat that guides participants into expanded states of consciousness through sound, touch, inquiry and one's own willingness to trust the process where intuitive self-healing happens.

In the last decade, the innerdance process has been conducted across many parts of Asia, the Americas, Europe and Oceania for the phenomenal stages of transcendence  it has historically brought people into which leads to the awakening of an internal energy and intuitive self-healing.

To date, countless innerdance communities spontaneously continue to spread this work across the world, a loose global community linked by the spiritual and scientific foundations that bring whole systems understanding that has seen numerous applications in the domains of medicine, ecology, community, education, psychology, nutrition and language theory.

Uncovered over a sustained period of two years, the innerdance began as a direct experience of an intense kundalini rising that took place when Pi Villaraza, the founder of innerdance, lived as an island hermit subsisting on a coconut diet for two years. To date, Pi's work has been documented in countless media for the healing and awakenings that have taken place in the innerdance journey.

What will I experience in an Innerdance process?
Advanced and/or beginners – it’s all the same work. Each individual is invited to look at what is most calling for your love and attention. Depending on how courageous and present you choose to be with the positive, negative and neutral arising’s, will determine the depth of your experience.
All areas of life are up for exploration be it “spiritual truth”, a physical healing, an emotional clearing, a deep ah-ha moment of understanding personally or professionally and/or an energetic opening, not one area “better” than another. All human experiences are honored.

REIKI TREATMENT (optional)

 

Reiki is an ancient, very gentle energy healing technique which addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. Reiki's chi-energies flow out of the practitioner's body through the palms of the hands while they are touching the recipient's body in order to rebalance and clear blockages in the energy centers, to support relaxation and healing.
